Elevated Keyholder – Retail Leadership Role

About the role

Lindt is seeking an Elevated Keyholder to support daily store operations and provide leadership when the manager is absent. This 12‑month contract role combines customer service, team coaching, and operational duties in a premium chocolate retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as manager on duty, handling store opening, closing, and key responsibilities.
• Coach and coordinate team members to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Prepare sales performance reports and manage staff scheduling.
• Handle cash, daily bank deposits, and POS transactions.
• Place product orders, manage inventory levels, and support stock replenishment.

Required profile

• Proven retail sales experience with some team leadership or key‑holder duties.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to drive sales.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Required skills

• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• Familiarity with inventory control and visual merchandising standards.
