Sales Administration Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Sales Administration Coordinator to support our growing sales organization across Canada and the U.S. This role works closely with Account Managers and cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate customer requirements, product information, and sales materials.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day customer and admin needs for Canadian and U.S. sales teams.
• Coordinate customer forms, item set‑ups, pricing updates, and retailer documentation.
• Maintain Canada/U.S. price lists, adding new SKUs and removing discontinued items.
• Resolve customer issues involving product quality, labels, barcodes, and other discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Operations, Quality, Logistics, and Finance to close out customer requirements.
• Create and maintain internal SKUs across brands and manage GS1 product data.
• Support new product launch administration and coordinate requests for product images, sell sheets, and presentations.
• Prepare basic sales reports for Account Managers and leadership.
• Coordinate logistics for trade shows and customer events, and provide backup support for the Order Desk.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in sales administration, sales support, customer service, or coordination.
• Experience in CPG, food & beverage, grocery, retail, or wholesale preferred.
• Familiarity with Canadian retail customers; U.S. experience a plus.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented approach.
