Elementary Teacher (Grade 7/8) – Connaught

About the role

The District School Board of Niagara is seeking an Elementary Teacher for Grade 7/8 at Connaught School. This is a 0.75 FTE position on the occasional teacher roster, intended to fill a new vacancy.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver classroom instruction to Grade 7/8 students in accordance with the board’s curriculum.
• Assess student learning and provide feedback to support academic progress.
• Collaborate with fellow staff members and contribute to a positive school environment.

Required profile

• Qualified and in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers.
• Intermediate teaching qualification as defined by the board.
• External applicant; permanent DSBN teachers are not eligible.
