About the role

Join Walmart Canada as an Electronics Department Associate in Repentigny. You will be the front‑line expert for customers seeking electronics, delivering knowledgeable service and driving sales in a specialized retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, prioritising customer interactions over tasks.
• Assist shoppers with product information, answer questions, recommend items, and retrieve products from secured cabinets.
• Execute standard floor‑associate duties such as deep‑zone stocking, CAP/VizPick, PinPoint processes, price changes, feature‑to‑home setups, and zoning.
• Set up and complete modular displays.
• Promote charity events, Walmart Mastercard, Walmart Protection Plan, and OMNI extended‑aisle offerings.
• Support in‑store product launches of high complexity and train other store areas as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Ability to work full‑time hours in an onsite retail setting.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑first mindset.
