Electrical Site Supervisor

About the role

The Electrical Site Supervisor will lead daily on‑site electrical construction activities for high‑voltage projects across North America. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will ensure work is performed safely, on schedule, and within budget while acting as the primary liaison between the client, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all on‑site electrical construction tasks in line with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Lead, supervise, and support electrical crews, ensuring productivity, accountability, and teamwork.
• Submit daily crew timesheets and maintain accurate records.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company safety policies.
• Document incidents, injuries, and communicate with the Safety Manager.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to meet construction timelines through effective planning of manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Monitor workmanship quality and resolve RFIs (Requests for Information) and COs (Change Orders).
• Support internal and external audits, inspections, and compliance activities.

Required profile

• Experience supervising electrical construction crews on high‑voltage projects.
• Ability to work rotating schedules (e.g., 4/3, 8/6, 10/4, 21/7).
• Willingness to undergo pre‑employment drug and alcohol testing, criminal background checks, and other safety‑sensitive clearances.
• Strong communication skills to act as primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and project managers.
