Ecommerce and Marketing Specialist

About the role

Polaron is seeking a proactive Ecommerce & Marketing Specialist to drive its online sales channels and digital marketing initiatives. You will manage product listings, launch new items, and optimise advertising across multiple platforms while supporting the company’s mission to expand clean energy solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage product listings on Shopify, Amazon, Home Depot, Best Buy and other marketplaces, including pricing and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor product performance, analyse conversion data and recommend improvements.
• Update website content, landing pages, FAQs and product detail pages.
• Support SEO, AEO and GEO content optimisation initiatives.
• Plan and execute new product launches, customer education programmes and promotional campaigns.
• Create marketing materials, sales support assets and promotional content.
• Monitor and optimise Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Google Search Console and GA4 performance.
• Assist with trade shows, events, sponsorships and other marketing activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive business growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with Shopify and major marketplace platforms.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Merchant Center, Google Analytics and SEO best practices.
• Strong written communication and project coordination abilities.
• Highly organised with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Agency experience preferred.
