About the role

Kepler Academy is seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join its fast‑growing Summerside centre. You will lead children in a safe, nurturing environment, supporting their intellectual, physical, and emotional development through a modern, child‑led curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver age‑appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social and motor skills.
• Plan daily routines, including story time, music, art, and outdoor exploration.
• Maintain a clean, secure environment that meets health and safety standards.
• Observe and assess each child’s progress, communicating observations to parents and staff.
• Collaborate with the centre’s multidisciplinary team, including dieticians and fitness teachers.
