We are seeking a proactive Driving School Manager to oversee daily operations of our driving academies in Calgary. The role involves ensuring high‑quality instruction, maintaining safety standards, and driving business growth. You will collaborate with instructors and marketing teams to enhance student satisfaction and enrollment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and control daily operations of the driving schools, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Evaluate daily performance metrics and implement improvements.
• Plan and organize schedules, resources, and staff assignments.
• Establish and implement policies and procedures for all personnel.
• Plan, monitor, and control the budget and inventory levels.
• Manage contracts related to advertising and marketing strategies.
• Hire, train, and supervise instructors and administrative staff.
• Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
