Door-to-Door Appointment Setter – Field Marketing Contractor

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Door-to-Door Appointment Setter to join our field marketing team. In this contractor role you will represent 360° PAINTING on the ground, building relationships with potential customers and driving brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement field marketing strategies to promote our painting products and services.
• Collaborate with sales teams to generate qualified leads and boost sales.
• Conduct door‑to‑door outreach, schedule appointments, and follow up with prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed.
• Passionate about customer care.
• Must own a car and hold a valid driver’s license.
