District Manager

About the role

The District Manager leads a group of service routes, ensuring high productivity, customer satisfaction, and safety. Reporting to the Service Manager, the role may also oversee a service centre when the district exceeds seven routes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and motivate the district team through training, daily check‑ins, and route rides.
• Maintain customer loyalty by conducting visits, audits, new installations, and problem‑solving.
• Enforce company policies, safety standards, and service SOPs across all routes.
• Drive retention and growth by upselling, cross‑selling, and managing a profitable product mix.
• Monitor competitive activity, oversee promotions, and nurture strong customer relationships.
• Communicate policy changes, organize routes, and project a professional image.
• Perform general route duties and safely operate a delivery vehicle when needed.
• For Senior District Managers, secure the service centre, manage inventory, handle deposits, and coordinate with the processing plant.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license, age 21 + with a clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and route sales abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good time‑management, teamwork, and the ability to accurately count and identify product types.
