Director, People Partner

About the role

Klick Health is seeking a Director, People Partner to champion its culture and values while partnering with business leaders to shape people strategies. In this senior HR role you will guide organizational decisions with data, coach leaders, resolve employee relations issues, and drive engagement, performance, and talent programs.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships with senior business leaders and provide thought leadership and expert HR advice.
• Act as a strategic partner and advisor to a portfolio of business units, influencing people‑related decisions.
• Design and execute end‑to‑end people strategies covering staffing, onboarding, development, motivation, retention, and work organization.
• Lead cross‑functional projects related to employee engagement, performance management, and talent development.
• Roll out and manage programs that support employee engagement, performance, and talent growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience solving complex organizational challenges through people‑focused solutions.
• Ability to think big, use data to guide decisions, and challenge conventional approaches.
• Comfortable partnering with cross‑functional subject‑matter experts to design and implement HR initiatives.
• Hands‑on mindset with a focus on clear, transparent communication.
