Director of Project Management

About the role

The Director of Project Management ensures that all projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This senior leader works directly with customers to align expectations around supply chain, budgetary, and resource constraints while overseeing shop capacity planning.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership, mentorship, and support to the Project Management team.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve project management processes using technology‑driven tools.
• Own and manage the Master Schedule, optimizing shop capacity and resource allocation.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout all phases.
• Monitor project budgets, drive cost‑saving initiatives, and ensure profitability.
• Collaborate with drafting, engineering, production, and supply‑chain teams to align objectives.
• Lead by example to promote a culture of health, safety, and environmental protection.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading and developing project management teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to use data‑driven insights for process optimization.
• Excellent communication skills for direct customer engagement and cross‑functional collaboration.
