About the role

Insight Global is hiring a Director of Product Management to lead digital product delivery for a major Canadian bank. The role oversees the full product lifecycle, from strategy through adoption, ensuring customer‑centric solutions and cross‑functional alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end product lifecycle (strategy, roadmap, delivery, adoption, retirement).
• Remove blockers and manage escalations across product teams.
• Translate business objectives into product vision, roadmap, and prioritized backlog.
• Partner with technology, design, and operations to deliver digital solutions.
• Lead stakeholder engagement with senior leadership, aligning priorities, timelines, and outcomes.
• Oversee product planning, including timelines, budget, and resource allocation.
• Define and evolve customer experience focusing on high‑value outcomes.
• Support go‑to‑market strategy, product positioning, and adoption plans.
• Monitor team performance, coach members, and build high‑performing cross‑functional teams.
• Identify market trends and continuously enhance product usability and value proposition.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in financial services, preferably banking.
• Proven ability to manage multiple large initiatives, teams, and programs.
• Experience in digital product management and end‑to‑end product lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with banking transactions and solutions.
• People leadership and team management experience.
• Cross‑functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem‑solving, and customer‑centric mindset.
• Data‑driven decision making and executive‑level communication abilities.
