Director of Human Resources

About the role

Join ATS Life Sciences, a division of ATS Corporation, as the Director of Human Resources. You will lead HR strategy and execution for all Canadian Life Sciences Systems operations, ensuring the workforce is high‑performing, engaged, and aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a people‑initiative roadmap that supports overall business objectives.
• Lead organizational design and change‑management projects to drive growth and operational effectiveness.
• Implement proactive HR programs, policies, and processes that are sustainable and relevant.
• Oversee total compensation, performance management, employee development, retention, wellness, and employee‑relations functions.
• Coordinate performance‑management cycles, identify high‑potential talent, and establish succession plans.
• Provide guidance to managers on employee‑relations issues, performance, and career development.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading HR functions in a manufacturing or life‑sciences environment.
• Strong knowledge of total compensation, performance management, employee development, and wellness programs.
• Ability to design and implement organizational change initiatives.
• Excellent strategic thinking with a focus on aligning HR with business objectives.
