Director, Human Resources

About the role

The Canadian Commercial Corporation (CCC) is a federal Crown corporation that helps Canadian businesses compete in complex foreign government procurement markets through a government-to-government contracting model. Reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Services and Chief Financial Officer, the Director, Human Resources is a key member of the leadership team who shapes and executes the organization's people strategy. The role covers enterprise-wide leadership across all HR functions, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession planning, labour and employee relations, compensation and benefits, organizational development, learning and employee engagement.

• Strategic and collaborative HR leader with broad experience across the full spectrum of HR functions.
• Proven ability to guide organizations through growth, change and evolving workforce priorities.
• Exceptional relationship builder and trusted advisor, with sound judgment and business acumen.
• Ability to influence and partner effectively with senior leaders, employees and stakeholders.
• Strong executive-level expertise in labour and employee relations, organizational effectiveness and talent management.
• People-centered leadership style committed to an engaged, inclusive and high-performing workplace.

What we offer

• Expected compensation of 147,000 to 188,000 CAD, with up to 20% performance-based incentive.
