Director, Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

The Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will lead the development and execution of financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and insight generation across Klick. This hands‑on leadership position blends strategic thinking with deep analytical work, partnering closely with finance leaders and business stakeholders to drive better decision‑making and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the production of monthly management reporting packages, executive dashboards, and performance reviews for senior leadership, including variance analysis and narrative insights.
• Build, maintain, and continuously improve budgeting, forecasting, and cash‑flow models to provide forward‑looking visibility and identify drivers of plan‑vs‑actual gaps.
• Analyze financial and operational data to surface risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations, presenting findings in clear, business‑focused language.
• Design scalable reporting frameworks and automate repeatable workflows using Excel, business‑intelligence tools, and AI‑enabled solutions to shift focus from data assembly to insight generation.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience with direct ownership of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial modeling in a complex organization.
• Proven ability to translate data into strategic recommendations and influence senior leaders.
• Hands‑on leadership style with a willingness to roll up sleeves and work directly with data.
