Dining Room Supervisor – Premium All Inclusive Resort

About the role

Club Med is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor for its Miami resort to lead the dining experience for guests enjoying the Premium All‑Inclusive offering. You will oversee a dynamic team, ensure high‑quality service for large covers, and contribute to the resort’s vibrant hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 10‑30 restaurant staff, ensuring smooth operations during service.
• Assist the restaurant manager in organizing service flow and managing resort restaurant teams.
• Guarantee the quality of welcome, set‑up and service for 600‑1000 covers per service.
• Motivate and develop team members around defined objectives.
• Drive additional sales and support optimisation of economic results.
• Manage stocks, orders of products, consumables, small hotel equipment and linen.
• Ensure compliance with Club Med health and safety standards and maintain resort assets.
