Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will execute the company’s digital strategy to boost brand awareness, generate leads, and engage customers. This role combines data‑driven analysis with creative content production to support the sales pipeline and overall marketing goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and run multi‑channel campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, website and marketing automation tools.
• Update website content, create landing pages, apply SEO best practices and continuously optimise site performance.
• Produce and distribute digital assets such as emails, social posts, blog articles, case studies and short videos.
• Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Marketo or similar platforms and adjust tactics for better ROI.
• Collaborate with Offering Managers and Sales to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with objectives.
• Organise in‑person events, handling logistics, digital promotion, registration and post‑event follow‑up.
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform content planning and digital strategy.
• Manage social media channels, maintaining posting cadence, engagement and performance tracking.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a technology or B2B environment.
• Bilingual in French and English.
• Hands‑on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social advertising and email marketing.
• Ability to analyse data, draw insights and recommend optimisations.
• Excellent written communication and project management skills.
