Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Health Employers Association of British Columbia (HEABC) is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead its digital communications strategy. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing and Communication, you will shape the online presence of HEABC and its related brands, ensuring accessibility, measurability, and alignment with public‑sector standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies that support organizational priorities.
• Oversee website strategy, design, and SEO to improve visibility and user experience.
• Plan, launch, and manage integrated campaigns across web, search, and social platforms.
• Create and implement social media content strategies that engage target audiences.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing within a complex, multi‑stakeholder environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model and commute to the Vancouver office.
