Digital Marketing Intern

About the role

Casa Di Luce, one of Canada’s largest designer lighting showrooms, is expanding its e‑commerce channel and seeks a Digital Marketing Intern to support paid and organic campaigns. You will work closely with the Product Manager to develop and optimise digital advertising across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain visual and written marketing content for all digital channels.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest.
• Develop, monitor and adjust paid search and display campaigns, focusing on bidding strategies and ROIC.
• Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely publication.
• Define growth KPIs, analyse performance data and recommend improvements.
• Analyse e‑commerce and social media metrics to enhance lead generation.
• Conduct competitive analysis and identify new growth opportunities.

Required profile

• 1+ year of digital marketing experience (preferred).
• Strong understanding of Paid Search/SEM and Display Advertising.
• Familiarity with Paid Social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn).
• Google Ads certification; additional Google or Facebook certifications are a plus.
• Experience with Google Analytics and email marketing tools.
• Proficiency in G Suite (Sheets, Docs, Gmail).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Passion for interior design and the home industry is a bonus.
