Digital Marketing Intern

About the role

Casa Di Luce, one of Canada’s largest designer lighting showrooms, is expanding its e‑commerce channel and seeks a Digital Marketing Intern to support its online growth. You will work closely with the Product Manager to execute paid and organic campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing, creating, and coordinating daily digital marketing initiatives.
• Create visual and written marketing content and maintain a centralized content database.
• Plan and launch paid social campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest.
• Build and optimize paid search and display campaigns, focusing on bidding strategies to improve ROI.
• Maintain a content calendar and define growth KPIs.
• Analyze e‑commerce and social media data to enhance campaign performance and lead generation.
• Conduct competitive analysis and identify new growth opportunities.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of digital marketing experience (preferred).
• Strong understanding of Paid Search/SEM and Display Advertising.
• Proficiency with Paid Social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
• Google Ads certification; additional Google or Facebook certifications are a plus.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics.
• Experience developing and measuring digital campaigns using analytics tools.
• Proficiency with G Suite (Sheets, Docs, Gmail).
• Familiarity with email marketing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
• Design experience with Photoshop, Sketch, Canva, or Illustrator is a bonus.
• Interest in interior design and the home industry is a plus.
