Digital Marketing & Executive Assistant / HR Operations Coordinator

About the role

Mindful Career is seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented professional to combine digital marketing, executive assistance, and HR operations responsibilities. The role supports the CEO remotely, handling marketing coordination, administrative tasks, recruitment, and communication to keep the business running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Marketing support: manage social media, newsletters, blogs, campaigns, maintain the marketing calendar, draft captions and email content, schedule posts, coordinate with SEO/SEM and analytics, track deliverables, repurpose CEO content, and maintain marketing folders and templates.
• Executive and administrative support: provide direct assistance to the CEO, manage tracking sheets, task lists, meeting agendas, organize documents, monitor project deadlines, and flag bottlenecks.
• Email and reception support: handle general inboxes using approved templates, triage inquiries, ensure timely professional responses, manage call‑ins, and guide prospects to the booking link.
• Recruitment support: post job openings, screen resumes, organize interview schedules, and assist throughout the hiring pipeline.

• Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Proactive, tech‑savvy and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Professional communication style aligned with the company brand.
• Comfortable working remotely with a full‑time level commitment.

Required skills
