Digital Chat Consultant – Evening Shift

About the role

As a Digital Chat Consultant working evenings, you will provide premium lifestyle, travel and concierge assistance to a global clientele. The position blends written chat, email and phone interactions to create seamless, high‑touch experiences for customers seeking reservations, travel arrangements and curated recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle multiple customer inquiries across chat, email and phone, adapting to demand fluctuations.
• Research and suggest travel, dining, entertainment and lifestyle options using online resources.
• Secure reservations for restaurants, hotels, flights, ground transport, events and other experiences.
• Identify exclusive benefits, upgrades and personalized recommendations for each client.
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors and partners to fulfill requests and resolve issues.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of destinations, trends and program enhancements.
• De‑escalate concerns, especially during travel disruptions or time‑sensitive situations.
• Meet service‑level targets for response times, call handling and follow‑up commitments.
