DevOps Engineer (Hybrid, Toronto)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team in Toronto. The role focuses on designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud‑native applications on OpenShift and Azure AKS, while ensuring robust CI/CD pipelines and security practices.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deploy applications on OpenShift and Azure AKS environments.
• Design, implement, and maintain Docker and Kubernetes configurations, including deployments, services, and autoscaling.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Maven, and Angular.
• Apply DevSecOps practices with tools such as Aqua Scan and Snyk.
• Collaborate on infrastructure‑as‑code using Terraform and Ansible.
• Monitor application performance with Dynatrace and Kibana.
• Support database operations for PostgreSQL and SQL Server.

Required profile

• Proven experience with OpenShift and Azure AKS.
• Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and related components.
• Hands‑on experience with DevSecOps tools (Aqua Scan, Snyk).
• Familiarity with Git workflows, branching, and code‑release processes.
