DevOps Engineer – Cloud & Azure Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to lead the design and implementation of cloud solutions on Azure for our insurance platform. The role focuses on building, deploying, and managing highly available and scalable services using Azure Kubernetes Service and Azure DevOps.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud solutions using AKS, Azure DevOps, and Azure Public Cloud.
• Oversee deployment and management of cloud resources to ensure high availability and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate cloud services with existing insurance platforms.
• Implement best practices for cloud security and compliance to protect sensitive data.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and optimize resources for cost‑efficiency.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline cloud operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud‑related issues to minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
• Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and ensure its effectiveness.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of cloud processes and workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and operating cloud solutions on Azure.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience with cloud security, compliance, and cost‑optimization.
• Solid troubleshooting skills for complex cloud environments.
