DevOps Engineer – AI Enablement & Platform Operations

About the role

We are seeking a forward‑thinking DevOps Engineer to lead AI enablement and platform operations at enterprise scale. In this role you will act as the technical bridge between CIO project teams and production‑ready AI tooling, ensuring seamless, secure, and responsible AI integration.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for AI tool proof‑of‑concepts, evaluations, and production rollouts.
• Manage and optimise the GitHub ecosystem (Actions, workflows) and the Atlassian suite (Jira automation, Confluence macros, Rovo AI).
• Develop Power BI dashboards to track AI tool adoption, usage patterns, and support volumes for executive reporting.
• Create SOPs, onboarding guides, and ServiceNow request workflows to meet security and compliance standards.
• Coordinate vendor‑led training sessions and stay ahead of new AI tooling releases, including MCP servers.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical rollouts into executive‑ready documentation and training.
• Familiarity with Responsible AI principles and AI‑agent concepts.
