As a Development Associate, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end project lifecycle, bridging the gap between strategic advisory, financial modeling, and project coordination.

Missions principales

• Conduct comprehensive feasibility analyses and complex financial modeling to support project viability.
• Assist in capital planning and the preparation of robust business cases and funding submissions.
• Coordinate project workflows, ensuring strict adherence to budgets, timelines, and key milestones.
• Manage and monitor the deliverables of external consultants to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Provide high-level support to the Principal/Director throughout the lifecycle of real estate and institutional projects, from inception to construction and closing.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience or strong academic background in real estate development, finance, or urban planning.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple moving parts in a project environment.
