Desktop Support Specialist (Enterprise Technology)

About the role

We are looking for an Enterprise Technology Specialist to provide end‑user technical support and manage enterprise systems for our Edmonton office. The role combines onsite and remote assistance, endpoint management, and Microsoft 365 administration to ensure secure and reliable IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver onsite and remote technical support to end users, including device configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain meeting rooms, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Manage endpoint devices using Intune or equivalent, enforce security policies, and monitor compliance.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID) and manage user access and permissions.
• Provide executive‑level support and assist with web CMS platforms.
• Evaluate new tools, recommend solutions, and act as technical lead for assigned areas.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve IT processes and share knowledge.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in enterprise IT support.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint/device management (Intune or similar).
• Experience in identity and access management.
• Background in security policies, compliance, or regulated environments is a plus.
