Dental Assistant – Full‑time Permanent Position

About the role

Ortho NDG is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join its Montréal office on a permanent, full‑time basis. You will support dental examinations, laboratory work, and patient education while ensuring a smooth, hygienic clinical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare patients for dental examinations and educate them on oral hygiene.
• Fabricate and pack plaster models, moulds, and denture materials.
• Order, receive, and manage dental and office supplies.
• Perform administrative tasks for the dental laboratory, including scheduling and appointment confirmation.
• Prepare, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
• Supervise and train laboratory assistants and students in training.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation (high school diploma).
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a dental assistant or in a related dental laboratory role.
• Fluency in English or French to meet language requirements.
• Ability to work day shifts on‑site in Montréal.
