Delivery Driver – Customer Service Focus

About the role
We are looking for a reliable Delivery Driver to join our logistics team. You will be responsible for transporting goods safely while providing a professional and friendly experience for our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Operate automobiles, vans and light trucks to pick up and deliver items.
- Load and unload goods, handling loads up to 23 kg (50 lb).
- Follow directions, read maps and ensure timely deliveries.
- Provide courteous customer service at each delivery point.
- Conduct pre‑trip, en‑route and post‑trip vehicle inspections.
Required profile
- Attention to detail and ability to handle heavy loads.
- Own tools/equipment and steel‑toed safety boots.
- Client‑focused with strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexible, organized, reliable and punctual.
- Team player who can work independently when needed.
Required skills
- Valid Class 5/5F/G licence for cars, small trucks and other 2‑axle vehicles.
