Delivery Coordinator, Project Management

About the role

The Delivery Coordinator will support project delivery managers in directing material, time, IT and human resources across cross‑sector projects. You will help ensure that application and technology components are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning deliverables for the application and technology component of project plans.
• Oversee project cost estimates, considering complexity, resources and inter‑project dependencies.
• Supervise contributors delivering the application and technology component, ensuring performance and quality control.
• Coordinate deliverables, guaranteeing alignment with business objectives, budgets and timelines.
• Analyze risks and impacts for the application and technology component and develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead low‑complexity projects and provide recommendations for project execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of French is required.
• Action‑oriented with strong customer focus and interpersonal savvy.
• Ability to learn quickly, plan and align activities.
