Dealership Accountant – Automotive Finance

About the role

T&T Honda is seeking a detail‑oriented Dealership Accountant to support the financial operations of its automotive business. The position offers a fast‑track career path with mentorship from leaders who began in the same role.

Key responsibilities

• Post vehicle transactions for new, used, wholesale, dealer trades and fleet sales.
• Maintain accurate schedules and financial data, ensuring clean books.
• Reconcile factory programs to capture all owed revenue.
• Enter vehicle invoices into the CDK system with speed and precision.
• Calculate and process sales commissions on time.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and support audit work‑papers.

Required profile

• Strong attitude and willingness to learn, open to recent graduates or experienced accountants.
• Ability to handle paperwork efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
• Professional, collaborative mindset that contributes to a positive team environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel functions (V‑Lookup, X‑Lookup, etc.).
• Experience with CDK or similar automotive invoicing software.
