Data Entry Operator

About the role

IIQAF Group is looking for a meticulous Data Entry Operator to support its hospitality operations in Windsor, Ontario. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining customer, reservation and inventory information, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, update and maintain customer records, reservations and inventory data.
• Process invoices, receipts and billing information into the company system.
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Collaborate with front‑desk, operations and management teams to ensure data alignment.
• Identify and correct data discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and follow company data‑management policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, Data Entry Clerk or Administrative Assistant.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle high volumes of data in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Preferred: experience in the hospitality industry, familiarity with POS, reservation or ERP systems, and post‑secondary education in Business Administration or Office Management.
