Data Entry Clerk – Full-Time (Laval)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our Buying Department in Laval. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate product information, supporting purchase order processes, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Enter new product data and generate SKUs in the inventory management system.
• Maintain existing product records, including price updates and discontinued items.
• Input product details and images in both French and English for the Content Department.
• Ensure product updates appear correctly on the website, store sell sheets, and signage.
• Update product specification sheets and description manuals.
• Create and enter new and replenishment purchase orders.
• Confirm purchase orders and arrange price tickets for suppliers.
• Communicate with stores and suppliers to coordinate orders and resolve inquiries.
• Prepare advertised products and coordinate samples for photo shoots.
• Generate reports for the Product Manager to support quota adjustments.
• Prepare store advisements for upcoming advertising events.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Team player who can work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Retail sales experience or knowledge of housewares products (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English (both written and oral) is mandatory.
