Data Architect

About the role

BRP is building a high‑performance Data & Analytics team to transform how the organization works with data. As a Data Architect you will design and evolve a cutting‑edge data platform that supports business transformation, analytics, reporting, AI and digital initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain data modeling guidelines in collaboration with business analysts, data governance and engineering teams.
• Create relational, dimensional or Data Vault models to meet diverse business use cases.
• Design integration patterns and end‑to‑end data flows across SAP, Snowflake and cloud ecosystems.
• Establish architecture standards, governance practices, data‑quality frameworks and reusable solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data engineering.
• Perform data‑engineering tasks, including development of data products.
• Ensure compliance with regulations such as GDPR and SOX.
• Continuously improve the data platform from source capture to presentation layer.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Management, Business Analysis or a related field.
• 5‑10 years of experience in data‑related roles.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to work independently and cross‑functionally with multiple stakeholders.
• Critical thinking, problem‑solving aptitude and adaptability to change.

Required skills

• Data modeling methodologies (Kimball, Data Vault, etc.).
• Experience with SAP, Snowflake and cloud data ecosystems.
• Data‑engineering coding skills for building data products.
• Knowledge of data governance, data‑quality frameworks and best practices.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements such as GDPR and SOX.
