Customer Support Associate – Benefits & Payroll

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to be the first point of contact for employees seeking help with benefits, pension plans, payroll, and related inquiries. The role is focused on delivering accurate information and resolving issues to ensure a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to employee questions about benefits, health and supplemental insurance, pension plans, and payroll.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate internal teams.
• Document all interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the company’s CRM system.
• Provide clear guidance on benefit enrollment, retirement planning, and payroll policy updates.
• Stay current on company policies, industry regulations, and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a customer service or call‑center environment, preferably with benefits, pension, or payroll focus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and pass a background check.
