Customer Supply Chain Analyst

About the role

The Customer Supply Chain Analyst will manage Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) processes between Nestlé Purina Petcare and key retail accounts. Based in Mississauga with a hybrid work model, the role ensures accurate forecasting, optimal replenishment, and high in‑stock performance for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact for forecasting and inventory matters.
• Monitor customer forecasts, internal forecasts, and store/DC inventory levels to meet in‑stock and KPI targets.
• Analyze demand variations, identify root causes, and develop corrective action plans.
• Lead regular customer meetings to present data, challenge assumptions, and recommend solutions.
• Coordinate with Sales and Trade Marketing to develop demand plans for promotional activities and assess their impact on forecasts.
• Drive CPFR process improvements through analysis and collaboration with account teams.
• Participate in internal and external supply‑chain projects, ensuring optimal inbound service and inventory levels.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain or Logistics.
• 5–8 years of CPG analytical experience, preferably with exposure to major retailers such as Walmart.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
