Customer Service Supervisor

About the role

The Customer Service Supervisor will report to the Customer Service Manager, Canada, and will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with airline customers at the local station level. This role operates in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure airport catering environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve quality and productivity goals across the facility.
• Monitor kitchen ready times, dock departures, flight catering, and off‑loading activities to ensure schedule compliance.
• Investigate customer concerns, provide solutions, and track comments/complaints to identify performance trends.
• Act as liaison with customer representatives during meal presentations, kitchen inspections, and audits.
• Travel airside to direct ramp crew activities during flights when required.
• Coordinate with other departments to improve overall customer service.
• Perform and record audits for galley and bond at assigned frequencies.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of customer service experience, preferably in the food industry.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to obtain YYC RAIC PASS and AVOP airport vehicle passes.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, motivate and discipline staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a self‑starter attitude.
