About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Cook to join our A&W restaurant in Calgary. You will work in a fast‑paced kitchen, preparing meals for customers while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, including options for customers with allergies or intolerances.
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health regulations.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers in food preparation, cooking, and handling.
- Order supplies and equipment, maintain inventory records, and manage kitchen operations.
- Clean kitchen work areas and ensure proper storage of food and equipment.
