About the role
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join Waste Connections of Canada in Coquitlam. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling service orders, payments, and inquiries while ensuring safety and quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and process orders for new service, discontinuance, or changes.
- Accept payments, research billing inquiries, and update account information.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to determine service requirements, resolve issues, and propose safe, cost-effective solutions.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume customer service experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
