Customer Service Representative

About the role

Culligan is seeking a friendly and outgoing Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will interact with customers both in‑person and over the phone, handling inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and on the phone in a professional manner.
• Set up deliveries, book service calls, and schedule installations.
• Process new contracts, create customer accounts, and manage work orders.
• Promote and up‑sell products and services to new and existing customers.
• Handle cash transactions, operate the POS system, and reconcile daily receipts.
• Collect accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Deliver water jugs and softener salt to customers when required.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.

Required profile

• Regular shift availability Tuesday to Saturday.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with a strong desire to help people.
• Excellent interpersonal and phone communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Intermediate computer knowledge.
