Customer Service Representative

About the role

Fresh Prep is a fast‑growing, B‑Corp certified meal‑kit delivery company looking for a friendly, reliable Customer Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries across multiple channels and helping to build a community of brand ambassadors.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions and issues via email, phone, text and social media, with email as the primary channel.
• Provide technical support, product education, and resolve complaints with accuracy and empathy.
• Maintain and nurture customer relationships, encouraging brand advocacy both online and offline.
• Collaborate with internal teams to obtain information and follow up on recurring issues.
• Manage the employee cafeteria: take inventory, place purchase orders, process payments and remove expired items.
• Document interactions and use Aircall and Zendesk to track and improve service quality.
