Customer Service Representative

About the role

Umicore is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide daily support to its customers in Markham. You will handle pricing inquiries, quotes, order entry, and administrative tasks while ensuring a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customers with current pricing, quotes, and process orders.
• Handle incoming inquiries, invoicing, filing, and mail.
• Inform customers about new products, promotions, and events.
• Register new customers and open accounts.
• Maintain and update customer records.
• Resolve product or service issues by diagnosing problems and delivering solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• College diploma or equivalent in business administration, marketing or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing or customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail.
