Customer Service Coordinator – 12‑Month Contract

About the role

We’re looking for a Customer Service Coordinator – 12‑Month Contract to join our team and support customers across WINNERS, HomeSense, and Marshalls stores throughout Canada. In this role you will respond to and resolve customer inquiries and concerns while delivering exceptional service experiences that strengthen loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Respond efficiently to customer inquiries and resolve any identified conflicts or challenges.
• Liaise with stores to investigate opportunities and communicate action plans for amicable resolutions.
• Review and approve, with a supervisor, authorizations, monetary compensation, and documentation in the customer service database, keeping the team informed of cases.
• Provide feedback on customer experiences to internal partners such as Loyalty, Marketing, Systems, Loss Prevention, and Store Operations.

Required profile

• College diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Retail or Business Management preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service function.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, bilingualism an asset, and proven skill in building relationships and resolving conflicts.
