About the role

The Customer Service Associate works directly with customers and employees, handling inquiries, product returns, exchanges and sales transactions efficiently and professionally in a friendly, family‑oriented environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, assist and thank customers in person and over the phone.
• Respond to customer inquiries, requests and concerns.
• Process product returns, exchanges and online orders.
• Operate cash register, computer and printer.
• Maintain the customer service area and ensure health‑and‑safety compliance.

Required profile

• Previous customer service experience.
• Availability to work shifts, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours and lift/carry items regularly.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment and handling physical demands.
