Customer Service Agent

About the role

Join Executive Aviation’s team at Kamloops Airport (YKA) as a Customer Service Agent. You will be the first point of contact for travelers, ensuring a safe, smooth, and pleasant start and end to their journeys while representing one of Canada’s fastest‑growing ground handling companies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist passengers with check‑in, including use of self‑serve kiosks.
• Prepare aircraft for on‑time departures and facilitate boarding and deplaning.
• Greet arriving passengers and provide information in line with airline policies.
• Enforce airline and airport procedures, including safety and security standards.
• Perform light grooming duties and support airline crew as needed.
• Lift up to 70 lb (32 kg) as required.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Strong punctuality, reliability, and ability to work under time pressure.
• Flexible availability for shift work, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s licence, ability to obtain a Restricted Area pass, and pass a criminal background check.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computers and standard software applications.
