Customer Service Agent – Airport Passenger Services

About the role

Executive Aviation is seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Agents to join our team at Masset Airport (ZMT). You will be the first point of contact for passengers, ensuring a smooth and pleasant travel experience while representing some of Canada’s top airlines.

Key responsibilities

• Greet passengers and manage check‑in procedures according to airline policies.
• Verify security clearances and enforce airport regulations.
• Assist with pre‑flight seating, grooming, and boarding processes.
• Provide accurate information on flight documents, carry‑on allowances, and airline services.
• Collaborate with airline crew and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Lift and move luggage up to 70 lb (32 kg) as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Strong punctuality, reliability, and ability to work under time pressure.
• Flexible availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Completion or ongoing study in Travel & Tourism, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Clean criminal background check.

• Proficiency with standard computer software and airport systems.
