About the role

As a Customer Experience Associate at Scotiabank, you will be the welcoming face of the Dundas & Neyagawa branch in Oakville. Working 15 hours per week, you will help customers achieve their financial goals while delivering friendly, efficient service.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and provide personalized assistance.
• Process daily banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
