Customer Experience Associate

About the role

TD Canada Trust is looking for a personable Customer Experience Associate to join its Etobicoke branch. You will be the front‑line representative, delivering friendly service while processing a wide range of banking transactions and advising customers on suitable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals and bill payments in accordance with TD’s procedures and regulatory standards.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions while maintaining confidentiality.
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, escalating non‑standard issues when required.
• Achieve sales and service targets by promoting TD products and completing business processes accurately and timely.
• Build personal connections with customers to provide clear advice on banking services.
• Contribute to a positive, diverse and equitable workplace by supporting teammates and participating in performance development.
