Entry Level Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Entry Level Sales Representative to join Aventas Inc’s fast‑growing team in Etobicoke. You will represent one of Canada’s leading telecommunications brands, engaging with customers at our office and at high‑visibility events across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Approach and greet prospective customers in person and at promotional events.
• Present telecom products and services in a clear, professional manner.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships to generate repeat business.
• Collaborate with mentors and senior sales leaders for coaching and performance feedback.

Required profile

• Highly motivated, competitive and eager to grow.
• Positive attitude, coachable and comfortable speaking with strangers.
• Availability to work onsite from 12 pm to 8 pm.
• Residency or ability to commute to Etobicoke, near Kipling.

Required skills

• Strong verbal communication.
• Basic computer literacy for CRM entry.
